This is my Master thesis.

I know that for this work, I used sources from many different disciplines. Since I am no expert to any of these fields, I provide the thesis to the public and invite everyone to add, correct or remove information (although the concept is to add).

For now, only registered users can edit the wiki (anyone can register), but I am planning to change that.
